1. We provide consultations based on an accurate diagnosis.
Before starting any procedure or treatment, we analyze your skin condition using the Mark-Vu precision skin diagnostic device at no additional cost. This allows us to provide a consultation tailored to your individual skin, and we do not recommend unnecessary or excessive procedures. For package procedures, we help you objectively confirm changes in your skin condition through regular diagnostic device examinations, not just subjective feelings of improvement.
2. We place great importance on the value of our clients' time, and strive to strictly adhere to appointment times.
We operate a system designed to minimize waiting times when you visit, ensuring that the doctor's consultation and procedures proceed smoothly.
3. We use genuine products and precise quantities, and maintain transparent pricing policies.
For example, during procedures like InMode, the treatment time is determined based on the actual time the radiofrequency (RF) is delivered. There can be a difference between the time measured by the device's timer and the actual RF delivery time. We strive for transparency in all our treatment processes.
